Valentine, we go together like Milk and Cookies! I wanted to make a new valentine this year for Valentine’s Day, so I came up with this one to match my Milk and Cookies Birthday Party invitation in brown, light blue and a touch of red. How cute are these little cookies?

Recognize those little cookies? It’s Cookie Crisp cereal! But instead of just adding Cookie Crisp to the bags, I came across this cute idea from Cookies and Cups to put melted white chocolate in the middle. Even more brilliant! Now, you don’t have to get all fancy like that, feel free to just put the Cookie Crisp cereal in there. I won’t judge.

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas and Tags for Kids

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so it’s time to start thinking about the ones you love. One of my favorite ways to share some love is to give a little something sweet to my kids’ friends at school and their teachers. Here are a few of my Valentine’s Day gift ideas and tags to make it a sweet day!

I made these super easy Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks last year they came out so cute! Just dip large pretzel rods in chocolate, then sprinkle with heart shaped confetti or pink and red sprinkles before they dry. Place them in a bag and add a tag “Stick with me Valentine!” designed by The Pretty Party Shoppe. You can find the printable version HERE.

Valentines Day Favor Tags - great for school teachers and friends!
I love the classic “I Dig You” Valentine. Add M&M’s and a little shovel in a bag and tie with ribbon and a personalized favor tag and you have a super cute gift. Personalized printable tags can be purchased HERE.

Free Halloween Printable

Who is excited for Halloween? I thought I would share a free printable to get everyone started on the right foot. Because, well, who doesn’t like FREE stuff? I loooooove free.

I created 3 different designs, which you may use however you wish. (You may not sell, redistribute, or share as your own however. Please link back here if you want to share it with others, thank you!) You can use them for cupcake toppers, goodies bags, and favors for a Halloween party. Or, why not attach to goodies for your child’s class and share the holiday love? Get creative!

Here are a few examples to get you started. You can simply cut out into squares and hole punch, or use your fancy punch and cut out into circles. And for those of you with a Super Fancy Punch (TM), cut them out with a scalloped circle punch. Whatever you fancy.

If you need coordinating candy tubes, baker’s twine or other Halloween party goodies, you can find them in the shop.

Fall is Almost Here!

I am so excited that Fall is just around the corner. That means that the leaves will be changing colors, I’ll be making my favorite pumpkin recipes, and cooler weather is on its way. I love everything about Fall — baking and the smell of cinnamon filling the house, beautiful Fall colors, pumpkin anything, and the upcoming holidays. Plus, lots and lots of parties!

I thought I would share some inexpensive items to help you shop for some of your Fall events. I have lots of goodies, including Halloween baker’s twine, candy/nut cups, paper straws, goodie bags, and candy tubes. You can find all of these items in my Etsy Shop.
